Following careful deliberation, the Board of Directors of Copus Group has decided to terminate the collaboration with CEO Dieter Struye. Unfortunately, the Board has been forced to conclude that his approach was not in line with our company culture and values. For this reason the Board saw itself forced to terminate the collaboration.
During the search for a new CEO, the Copus Group leadership team will ensure the necessary continuity in close collaboration with the Board of Directors.
