Motivation to join the company
Stratt+ is an organisation with character. You notice that throughout the organisation and all our people. At important moments, we just dare to go for it. First weighing things up properly and thoroughly, but then going for it full steam ahead. I recognise that in the organisation and myself. It has allowed both of us to develop into what we are today.

Our aim is to change the image of agencies, for employees, candidates and companies alike, by focussing on the ‘little things’ that make a big difference.
