Motivation to join the company
After spending 22 years in big companies (Page and Adecco) I wanted to have a new experience within a smaller player but with more responsibility and Copus was the right choice. I can have a bigger impact on the German business and drive performance of our companies in Germany: Primus Personaldienstleistungen and SPP-direkt. Furthermore, the challenge to grow the business through acquisitions, but also organically motivates me a lot. In addition, I can leave a real legacy for the future putting in place all my experience gain in the last 22 years.
Bigger goal
My main goal is to make people happy. Our internal colleagues through the possibility to develop their career within the company and helping them to be successful. Our external colleagues by offering job opportunities that fit to them and our clients by offering the right candidates in temp and perm.
