Internal Mobility within Copus Group – My Experience
At Copus Group, growth and development are at the core. My career within the group is a strong example of this. The organization not only offers opportunities for personal growth but also actively encourages internal mobility, allowing employees to continuously challenge themselves.
My professional journey began in 2015 at Vivaldis, where I worked as a Business Analyst. In this role, I focused on management reporting, financial analysis, and strategic market research. This provided me with a solid foundation in data analysis and strategic decision-making.
From Business Analyst to Chief Intelligence
When Copus Group was established as a holding company, I was given the opportunity to transition into the group and grow into a more strategic role. In 2019, I became Chief Intelligence at Copus Group, where I focused on data analysis, market insights, and strategic acquisition projects.
The Transition to Project and Operations Management
In April 2022, I was given the chance to focus more on the post-acquisition phase. I took on the role of Project Manager within Copus Group, with a focus on change management and the execution of strategic projects. It was a dynamic period where I closely collaborated with various teams to implement change within the group.
Later that year, in October 2022, I made another significant career move by becoming Operations Manager at Benton. In this role, I was responsible for operational efficiency, process optimization, and the daily running of the business. This allowed me to translate strategy into concrete execution—an experience that proved invaluable for my further development.
A New Challenge: Chief of Staff
As of April 2025, I’m taking another major step within Copus Group. I will start as Chief of Staff for the group, where I will be responsible for strategic projects across all entities. My focus will be on ESG, AI, and fostering a shared culture among the different companies in the group. This role brings together my previous experiences and allows me to make a broader impact on the future of Copus Group.
How This Mobility Came About
Copus Group places great emphasis on internal growth and talent development. Each of my transitions into new roles resulted from a combination of personal ambition and the organization’s strategic needs. Through discussions with the leadership team and management, we always sought the best fit between my skills and the challenges within the group.

My Experience with Change
I have experienced every change within Copus Group as an opportunity to grow and contribute to the bigger picture. What I particularly value is the trust I was always given and the freedom to shape my role in a way that suited both myself and the organization.
I am truly excited to help shape the strategic direction of Copus Group in my new role as Chief of Staff and to continue building a strong, future-oriented organization together with my colleagues.
