Motivation to start with the company
In 2005 we made it our personal concern to redefine temp work. It should be fair and transparent – for employees as well as for customers.
SPP Direkt as the founding name stands for strategic personnel planning because our goal has always been to enable the planning of personnel requirements of a company transparently together with both employees and customers.
Bigger goal
The vision of our company is “Jobs for everyone”, which means that every applicant who enters one of our branches looking for work will also leave with a job. In doing so, we work accordingly to our mission statement and with the values: honesty, commitment, appreciation, emotionality, co-creation and exemplariness.

Advice to (young) entrepreneurs
We can only advise young founders to never lose sight of their goal, to be courageous and simply to work diligently and with focus. In addition, we can also advise young founders to be careful in general and in particular with the first money they earn, since larger blocks of costs could only affect the company later.
