Motivation to join Copus Group
What motivated me to join forces with Copus Group is based on the fact that their working method is very similar to my way of working. Investing in future employees to further expand the driving school with growth opportunities for all employees.
Bigger goal
With Rijschool Segers, we would like to become the new standard in the field of cooperation with new potential customers. We would also like to give the socially weaker members of society the opportunity to obtain a driving licence, making it easier for them to find a place on the job market. To achieve these goals, we would like to create a network of driving schools all over Belgium.
What is the upside of being part of Copus Group?
The knowledge and years of experience that Copus Group has in various sectors are an advantage for building up the driving school. Especially the new insights that come with it.
Advice to (young) entrepreneurs
If one truly believes in oneself, chances are that these can be realised. Start as young as possible, make sure you have enough support and remember that your goals cannot be realised overnight. That way, you can fully enjoy your career later.
