Motivation to start with the company
What motivated me to take up the challenge of building Heads & Hunters was first of all the people I met and with whom I was going to co-create the project. I found the management committee inspiring and, above all, people-oriented. I immediately knew that I was going to be given the necessary confidence and a great deal of autonomy to act!
Apart from achieving strong growth in 5 years, the biggest goal I set myself was to build a strong and expert team but also one that is driven by great values such as passion, entrepreneurship and a human focus. We want to match the talents we meet with companies that meet their aspirations!
What is the upside of being part of Copus Group?
Without wanting to repeat myself, I think that the strength of the group is its orientation towards people, its ability to listen and the fact that the group surrounds itself with entrepreneurs who are experts in their field. We are then well supported and advised by our shared centre experts and challenged by our management, who have a good knowledge of the field and the services offered by the group.
Advice to (young) entrepreneurs
Dare! But also be agile… and surround yourself well.
