Motivation to start the company
I had already worked for 6 years in the engineering business when I started Bennet Engineering in April 2017.
Bennet differentiates itself by focusing on a passionately personal approach of our clients/Benneteers, involving them in the growth strategy of our company and in-house projects, and creating an entrepreneurial environment with a ‘yes we can’ mentality.
Bigger goal
Bennet is the name of Bénézet of Avignon, the patron saint of engineers.
My goal is to watch over our people, establishing the right connection with our clients, and building bridges to support them throughout their career.
I believe there are 2 major things where you need to invest in as a company in order to keep your people: train your people and coach them during their careers.
Advice to (young) entrepreneurs
Keep believing in yourself, even if you have some hard setbacks.
Beside that you need to build a company with good people around you from day one. If you have good people, you can make some great achievements.
